Our repeatable, easily-scalable operating model which has historically been implemented with our licensees can be dropped into new local businesses. The model focuses on two broad verticals across datacenters /telecom and cleanrooms, driving high levels of organic growth and profitability through a significant recurring revenue profile supported by robust performance monitoring and the sharing of best practices across our service territory.

In addition to our operating model, we plan on transforming DC and the new local businesses we partner with into a sophisticated solution by enhancing go-to-market strategies, driving cross-selling opportunities, optimizing pricing, upgrading IT systems and adding appropriate back-office support. With the ultimate goal of becoming the clear market leader in cleaning services for critical environments.
