The following terms and conditions govern the Buyer’s purchase of products ("Product") from Data Clean, LLC ("DC"). If you have any questions about these terms, please contact Data Clean, LLC.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 30 calendar days of purchase (this being the invoice date), the Buyer may return non-Special Order Product purchased from DC for a refund, exchange, or credit towards another DC purchase. For all returns, Buyer must contact DC Customer Service to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) and instructions for returning the Product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on the returned items in original condition and unopened packaging. Previously opened cartons with Product in original condition will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Only cartons containing all original unused pieces and packaging materials will be accepted as returns. Return freight must be prepaid by Buyer. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. DC may refuse a refund or exchange or assess a charge for used or incomplete merchandise returned or exchanged. Items showing use or abuse will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued upon request and may take up to 14 working days to process.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Orders for Product which require manufacture, modification or assembly to Buyers specifications, drawings, or instructions, whether written or verbal, are considered Special Orders or Custom Orders. This includes Product which is modified after delivery to Buyer. No Returns are allowed on these orders. No exceptions will be made.
DC provides no warranty. Product warranty, if available from the product manufacturer, will be included in such Item's packaging when shipped and is available at www.dataclean.com.
